First, check with your instructor to see if they have made a small mistake that they can remedy. If they do not reach out to us directly, submit a request to let us know the full information about the situation, including:
- The course you’re in
- The presentation you’re trying
- The screen you’re seeing instead of the presentation (an error, a login screen, etc.)
- Where you’re clicking the link to access the presentation
If you’re an instructor, lost in the labyrinth of Panopto folders, submit a request providing us the same information to try and locate what has gone missing.
