How to Forward Calls from your Office Phone

1. Press the Options soft key. 
2. Enter your voicemail password and press the OK soft key. 

The Options menu opens, and the Availability option indicates Available. 

1. With the Availability option highlighted, press the Edit soft key. 
2. Press the down arrow key to scroll to Custom and then press the Edit soft key. 
3. Press the right arrow key to select Always and press the OK soft key. 

Always means that calls received when this mode is active are always forwarded to the specified destination number. When you select Always, you can also specify the Always dest, which is the number that you want calls forwarded to. 

1. Press the down arrow key to scroll to Always dest. Enter number. 
2. Simurling option set to Off. 
3. After setting options, press the Back soft key. 

The changes are saved. 

1. Press the OK soft key. 
2. Press the Exit soft key. 

Your phone will now be forwarded to the specified destination number you entered.   

To remove the Call Forward. 

1. Press the Options soft key. 
2. Enter your voicemail password and press the OK soft key. 
3. With the Availability option highlight, press the navigation key u press the Edit soft key. 
4. Press the right arrow key to scroll to Available. 
5. Press the OK soft key. 
6. Press the Exit soft key. 

Call forwarding is now turned off.
